YC Boot Camp Circuits : Take
your workouts to all new heights. This
challenging class takes your fitness to the next level. Exercises target cardio, strength training and power movements.
Boxing & Kickboxing : Interval circuit training utilizing boxing and kick boxing techniques for the cardiovascular segments. Strength and core training circuits are also included. Box, jab, press and curl your way to a healthier you! Boxing gloves and hand wraps are provided. Limit of 5 per class
Candlelight Stretch : Decrease muscle soreness and increase flexibility. Also, learn proper stretching techniques geared to help you improve posture and function. All Levels
Core Training : Learn to engage your core with precise body stabilization exercises. Balance techniques on the stability ball are also used to challenge and strengthen your core. All Levels
Dance : Have fun and workout at the same time with our professional dance instructors. Salsa, Zumba, Belly Dancing among other formats will be offered. Dancing attire preffered for Salsa.
Muscle Activation Circuits : This total-body strength training workout utilizes a variety of equipment ranging from hand weights to rubber tubing. All Levels
Restorative Yoga : Prepare your body for the day with a beautiful yoga practice to stimulate blood flow, awaken the muscles, and fill the lungs with life-enhancing breath. This practice is designed for all levels to enjoy yoga poses that are sure to start the day right.
